Thank you for sharing your amazing day with me. The animotos are brilliant!
Looks like the teachers arranged a really fabulous activity which helped you to learn more about the First Peoples of Australia and the First Fleet.
I think you would have gained lots of ideas to be able to respond to your inquiry questions!

Hi the incursion was great!!
I loved making the spices and playing Nagaka Nagaka which means look, look.
Making the spinning tops with the sticks were a bit hard.
I learnt that the aboriginals put new borns, in this thing with sand and put the baby’s inside and every now and then the mother would empty out the sand and put new sand in.
Hi,
I had so much fun at the incursion! I liked making the spices and the Nagaka Nagaka stones. After the incursion Claudia C, Gian, Ben C and I played Nagaka Nagaka all of our free time. Some of the things I learnt where that only one female convict got her picture painted and chimney sweeps where given very little food so they where skinny enough to get to the tops of chimneys. I also like this incursion because we got to do lots of activities
The Incursion Rocked with History!!!
People this was not ordinary!!!
Well, The people were awesome and told us lots of interesting facts in the time of the first fleet, what life was life at England, and when the convicts were on the ships. I will tell you for sure I could not take all the notes…note enough space!!!
I thought that the first Australians came from Australia Naturally but they came from Papua New Guinea!!! They mostly traveled by foot but when water occurred they went by canoes. They just did not talk the whole incursion they had activities, like making spices a game called knacka knacka, Which we took home, and we looked at tools in those days, we made our own spinning tops ther Aboriginals played with, and we looked at sculptures and I can’t think of the rest their was!!!
So out of I give the incursion a massive 9 and a half out of ten!!! Boy was it Great!!!
See ya!!!

Hi Aoife,
We don’t have projects right now ( except for our literacy homework) but I can tell you about my old project if you like. Because at our school each class is named after a endangered animal we had to do projects about them. I had to do it about a rhino ( mine was the best in the class)
Hope you enjoyed my comment!!!
